Hawg Dogs didn't start with a finished product. It started with an idea: create a purpose-built way for your best friend to share the ride. This is the real DOG PACK prototype process — forming, fabrication, acrylic work, fitment, interior development and climate-control testing.
SHAPING THE CONCEPT
We started with early concepts and physical forms to get the shape, size and look just right.
BUILDING THE SHELL
Molded components are refined, trimmed and test-fitted to develop a strong, clean and functional shell.
CREATING THE VIEW
Custom clear acrylic is cut and formed for the dome, giving your dog a full view of the ride while keeping them protected.
COMFORT FROM THE INSIDE OUT
The interior layout, padding and usable space are designed around your dog's comfort, safety and real-world riding conditions.
CLIMATE CONTROL IN DEVELOPMENT
Hawg Dogs is developing a compact, removable climate-control system specifically for the motorcycle-mounted compartment. The system is being engineered around the motorcycle's electrical system as prototype testing continues.
IT STARTS LOOKING LIKE THE DOG PACK
All the pieces come together. The prototype takes shape with the dome, shell, interior and components, showing the real-world vision of the DOG PACK.
